At Lounge, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure that intimate apparel is returned in its original, unopened packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
